introducing Nayler print (lithographic)
Nayler Print is the group’s Lithographic print division. Our traditional offset printing presses listed opposite are mainly used for high volume print runs. The techniques and processes used in offset printing provide high quality imaging which enable us to produce spectacular colour and crisp detail in photographs, artwork and type. Whether your requirement is a full colour process (CMYK), or individual spot colour, litho offers fast and economical results for projects such as brochures, leaflets and most company documentation. Specialised metallic inks and multiple Pantone colours can also be used to create added impact. Our CTP (Computer to Plate) machine utilises the latest technology in plate making. Projects are now sent directly from the computer saving time and plates are fully automated. We can provide high quality pre-press colour proofs at this stage. The CTP system also sends all ink values and information to the presses for automatic ink set-up.
Offering the latest equipment
Heidelberg SM74 Speedmaster; this state of the art five colour machine was a new addition to the printing department in 2008, combining superior quality with high speed. It produces high quality full colour work in sheets sizes ranging from B2 (720x520mm) to SRA3 (450x320mm) and is ideally suited for large folders, brochure work, books & magazines. Heidelberg SM52 Speedmaster; the sheet size on this machine ranges from B3 (520 x 360mm) to approximately A5 (210 x 148mm). It’s ideal for any full colour work from short to large runs. Heidelberg TOK; this is a single colour machine which is used for stationery projects. With the sheet sizes ranging from SRA4 (320 x 225mm) to SRA6 (160 x 112mm), it’s ideal for letterheads, compliment slips, business cards and NCR duplicate sets.
